Sanhe town in Taishan, Guangdong province, is boosting rural development by combining farming, culture, and tourism. Taking advantage of its natural hot springs, eco-friendly farms, and convenient location, the town has introduced several new tourism projects—such as wellness resorts, sightseeing farms, and boutique guesthouses—helping build a stronger local tourism industry.
On June 27, Wenquan village—one of Sanhe's model villages—hosted a lively outdoor concert at the Fengxiang Yuhuai cultural tourism site. The performance drew a large crowd, with visitors singing along and enjoying the festive atmosphere in the countryside.
This event was part of Sanhe's efforts to explore new ways of combining live music with rural tourism. It helped attract more attention to the village, added fresh cultural experiences for visitors, and gave local musicians a chance to perform.
Moving forward, Sanhe town plans to host more creative events like this to further connect agriculture, tourism, and culture—offering better experiences for both local residents and tourists.
